Legacy & Leadership ACS Medical College and Hospital (ACSMCH), established in 2008, is a proud constituent unit of Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Deemed to be University, Chennai. The institution was founded under the visionary leadership of Dr. A.C. Shanmugam, renowned philanthropist, educationist, and former Member of Parliament and Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. He also founded the New Justice Party, part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Today, his son Er. A.C.S.
