Street Talk reported in August that Michael Alscher’s buyout firm Crescent Capital Partners was closing in on Western Radiology, a provider of CT and DEXA scans, X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds and angiograms with eight locations in Perth. It would have been a bolt-on to its Quantum Radiology, a bulk-billing specialist that serves Sydney’s outer suburbs.
