AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) opened ARC Greenlawn Specialty on Monday, which is its new location in Round Rock. The new clinic is also ARC’s first outpatient surgery center and offers both specialty and surgical care for patients. “ARC is proud to continue serving the Round Rock community with the addition of ARC Greenlawn Specialty,” ARC President and CEO Anas Daghestani, M.D., said. “This clinic brings new and expanded services, including surgical care, to one centralized location in a rapidly growing community and supports our mission to provide coordinated, comprehensive, accessible health care to individuals and families in Central Texas.” ARC brings health care services throughout Central Texas as a multi-specialty medical group, according to its website. The new clinic offers specialties in general surgery, podiatry, ear nose and throat (ENT), audiology and orthopedics. It’s also now home to 15 ARC physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs). The 22,000-square-foot clinic holds 17 exam rooms, three procedure rooms, an on-site lab and radiology services. ARC Greenlawn Specialty also offers online scheduling, access to the MyChart patient portal and 24/7 nursing triage services. ARC Round Rock specialties, physicians and APCs will transition to ARC Greenlawn as part of its specialty expansion. However, ARC said ARC Round Rock will still support specialty services in allergy and asthma, cardiology, dermatology, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, rheumatology and sports medicine. Additionally, ARC Round Rock will still support same-day and afterhours care. ARC Greenlawn Specialty is at 3207 Greenlawn Blvd., Suite 200, in Round Rock, to the left of H-E-B.
