1. Nature of the Service
Mediculator (the “App”) is a clinical decision support tool provided by JanabiSoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The App is intended solely for use by trained healthcare professionals. It provides calculations based on standardized radiology lexicons (e.g., ACR TI-RADS, PI-RADS).
2. No Medical Advice
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The calculations and structured reports generated are for informational purposes only. Professional clinical judgment must always override any output from the App. JanabiSoft is not responsible for any clinical decisions made based on the App’s output.
3. User Responsibility
By using the App, you represent that you are a qualified medical professional. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you input and the final reports you sign off on in your clinical practice.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are managed through RevenueCat. Subscriptions are governed by the respective terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. JanabiSoft does not store your credit card information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanabiSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to medical errors or data loss.
